It is that time of year again, ride all morning and eat all afternoon. The Appetite Seminar, as it is know as in Marin County, started back in 1975 when a dozen riders took their one speed "clunkers" up the mountain then down the now famous Repack trail. This year will be a little different, the Steelhead trout in Cascade Canyon are threatened therefore an alternative route has been set instead of running Repack.
