2nd Annual Dirty Sanchez Enduro presented by WTB

Nearly 30 racers descended upon an undisclosed location, in Northern California, to battle for the top spot at the 2nd annual Dirty Sanchez Enduro. The invitational race attracted some of America's top enduro talent, including Team WTB/Cannondale, to what Mark Weir described as "one of the best enduros in the U.S."

With seven race runs and 5,000 feet of vertical decent, riders were put to the test on nearly every terrain from berms and jumps to previously un-ridden rock infested meadows. As the day wore on, fatigue and increasing trail difficulty made tire choice more critical than ever. Jason Moeschler and Weir ran a combo of Wolverine 2.2 AM TCS and the Vigilante 2.3 AM TCS for a tough yet fast rolling setup.

"The Dirty Sanchez is the type of mountain bike race that should define mountain bike racing," said Jason Moeschler. "Everyone there came to enjoy riding sweet trails first and race second.
